Accounting & Finance Lead | Shared Services

This is Direct hire - Permanent role to our client -

The salary range on this post is NOT the actual Budget of our client. Salary offer depends on your skills and experience and for approval of our client's management. They may still negotiate you.

Specific position: Finance & Accounting Operations Lead

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
• Willing to work on any shift assigned & Shifting schedule: usually Midshift& Nightshift but may vary with prior notice due to business exigencies.)
• ·Amenable to work 100% onsite in Ortigas, Pasig or Antipolo, Rizal
• At least 3 years iof experience in leading Finance and managing accounting teams across multiple functions or sites- BPO or shared services industries
• Strong understanding of F&A processes (GL/R2R, AP, AR, Billing, Reporting)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• CPA certification is not required, but a solid understanding of F&A outsourcing is essential
• Can start ASAP

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per hour
