Working as an Accounting Manager

Orange Cyberdefense is the expert cyber security business unit of the Orange Group, providing security consulting, solutions and services to organizations around the globe. We are looking for a Accounting manager to join our team in Sweden.

The Swedish entity is part of the Nordic & China Cluster. The Accounting manager will play a crucial role by contributing to the financial health of the organization. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a leading cybersecurity organization in a dynamic and evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting:


    Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in line with accounting standards.
  • Account Reconciliation:


    Conduct regular reconciliations, resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Operational Support:


    Assist with daily financial operations, including group reporting, treasury, intercompany and general ledger maintenance.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and preparing tax returns.
  • Compliance & Audit Preparation:


    Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and support audit preparations.
  • Process Improvement:


    Identify and implement enhancements within the accounting function.
  • Collaboration:


    Work with the finance team and other departments to provide financial insights and support. Collaborate closely with finance colleagues within the cluster and within the Orange Group.
  • Modernization of Finance Function:


    Contribute to the transformation and digitalization of the finance function, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supporting Internal Control : Implementing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.

What we expect of you

  • Minimum 3 years in accounting or financial roles.
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (K3 and IFRS), proficiency in accounting software, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish.
  • Experience from a large international environment, transfer pricing and interest in ESG is a plus.
