Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will oversee and manage the full accounting cycle across all restaurant branches. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent financial acumen, and hands-on experience in restaurant accounting, including cost control, inventory, payroll, and POS integration.

Key Responsibilities (KRA – Key Result Areas):1. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas of concern.

2. Cost Control & Budget Management

• Lead budgeting processes with department heads and branch managers.
• Monitor food, labor, and overhead costs to maintain profitability targets.

3. Payroll Oversight

• Supervise and ensure accurate payroll processing, including tips, overtime, and government contributions.
• Ensure full compliance with DOLE wage regulations and BIR tax laws.

4. Inventory & POS Reconciliation

• Reconcile inventory movement using POS data (e.g., Toast, Revel, Square) vs. accounting system.
• Investigate discrepancies in stock usage, waste, or spoilage.

5. Cash Flow & Bank Management

• Maintain weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Oversee bank reconciliations and cash deposits across multiple branches.

6. Tax Compliance & Audit Preparation

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of VAT, withholding taxes, and other local filings.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax agencies to ensure full compliance.

7. Team Management & Process Improvement

• Lead and mentor a team of general and senior accountants.
• Identify and implement automation or efficiency strategies in financial operations.

8. Confidentiality & Risk Management

• Ensure protection of sensitive financial data and enforce internal controls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
