We are looking for a responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the organization’s financial operations. This role involves handling day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
• Assist in payroll processing (if required).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles
• Knowledgeable of accounting principles and standards
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
