We are a growing renovation company committed to delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service. As our projects and client base expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin / Accounts Executive to handle daily administrative tasks, manage accounts, and support smooth business operations.
Role Overview
The Admin / Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative duties, basic accounting, and documentation to ensure efficient office operations and accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Manage enquiries from customers
- Maintain and organise company files.
- Prepare invoices and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients for invoices
Basic Accounts
- Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry into accounting software.
- Handle accounts receivable and payable, including invoice follow-ups.
- Prepare monthly financial summaries for management.
- Process payroll and staff expense claims.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administration and basic accounting (preferably in construction/renovation industry).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) & accounting software
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin/Malay is a bonus for supplier communication).
