Job Requirements:
- Able to work in fast paced environment.
- Proficient in basic English and Mandarin or any other languages.
- Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheets, profit and loss statements, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts on a regular basis.
- Prepare reports for management, including budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate tax filing.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring financial stability.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Any other adhoc duties.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
Saturday: 9am to 1pm
*5.5 day work week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $3,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Accounts, or admin or Personal Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
