Description
Reporting to the Director of Finance
Working 20 hours per week (5 mornings ) you will be responsible for providing all round support to the finance department activities.
Key Responsibilities
Processing of sales invoices- Working closely with Revenue Assurance Manager
- Assist credit control manager.
- Post journals on ERP system (training will be provided)
- Ad hoc duties and general administration as required.
- Reviewing of online expenses claims monthly
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Excellent communication skills- Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
- 1+ years’ experience as a Financial Admin or Accounts assistant
- Knowledge of Excel and an ERP systems
- Flexibility around working days.
