Job Description

About the role
In this role, you’ll handle the day-to-day processing of invoices, travel expenses, and payments to suppliers. It’s a task-focused position with a strong administrative component, where accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are essential. While the position requires to handle recurrent tasks, it’s also critical to the integrity of our financial operations. You’ll also support accounts closing activities and contribute to ongoing process improvements within the finance team.

This position is based at our Global hub in Basel, Switzerland reporting to Associate Director Accounting for Switzerland.

About you
This role requires someone who is methodical, precise, and thrives in a structured environment. Much of the work is relatively repetitive and admin-heavy., so success in this position hinges on your ability to stay focused and motivated by delivering consistently high standards of work.
