Accounts Payable Specialist / Finance Specialist (Accounting)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our disbursement process, ensuring that all supplier payments and Petty Cash Fund (PCF) transactions are handled with 100% accuracy and speed. Key Responsibilities

• Payment Processing: Handle timely and accurate processing of supplier and PCF payments through both offline and online channels.
• Invoice Management: Conduct thorough reviews of invoices to ensure validity and compliance before processing.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular payables reconciliation to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Bookkeeping: Maintain updated and accurate Books of Accounts in line with company standards.
• Compliance: Ensure all disbursements and financial records adhere to internal policies and government regulatory requirements.
• Deadline Management: Meet strict internal disbursement schedules with a commitment to zero-error output.

Qualifications

• Experience: Open to candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or a related accounting function.
• Fresh Graduates: We highly encourage proactive Fresh Graduates of Accountancy or Finance-related courses to apply!
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Competencies: High level of integrity, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
