The Role
As part of the Accounts Receivables Team, you'll have an important role within our Accounting team. You will be working with our billing operations, ensuring invoices and payments are accurate and timely recorded.
This is a hands-on role in a small but global team, where you’ll have daily contact with our Sales and Customer Support teams as well as our customers worldwide
Responsibilities
- Handle daily Accounts Receivable operations, including invoicing, credit notes, refunds, and tax exemptions.
- Maintain accurate customer data and process vendor forms for new collaborations.
- Respond to customer and internal inquiries.
- Follow up on overdue balances, manage reminders, and coordinate with collection agencies
- Actively participate in the month-end closing procedures thorough reconciliations and reporting
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external customer finance contacts.
About You
You're driven, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where structure meets service. You can work independently but enjoy collaborating across teams, and you’re comfortable handling multiple ongoing tasks in an international environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance administration role
- Strong skills in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
Beneficial Requirements
- Experience with NetSite and/or ADRA (used at Soundtrack) or other large ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle etc.)
- Experience from a global finance environment
- Education in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
