Accounts Receivables Intern (Accounting)

Responsibilities

  • Generate and send invoices to clients and customers.
  • Ensure that invoices are accurate and comply with company policies.
  • Help process incoming payments, including checks, credit card payments, and electronic transfers.
  • Record payments in the accounting software and update customer accounts accordingly.
  • Assist with reconciling customer accounts and identifying discrepancies or overdue balances.
  • Prepare reports on outstanding receivables and assist with follow-up communications.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and answer any billing-related queries.
  • Assist in setting up payment plans or negotiating payment arrangements.
  • Ensure that all accounts receivable records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support in maintaining proper filing systems for financial documents.
  • Help prepare monthly or weekly accounts receivable aging reports.
  • Support in generating reports for management on outstanding receivables and payment trends.
  • Help the accounting team prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Assist in verifying and providing supporting information during audit processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
  • Assist in ad-hoc financial tasks and special projects as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related fields.
  • Graduating students are preferred

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php1,000.00 - Php3,000.00 per month
