Completion of Activity Calendar
Completion of monthly Birthday Board
Changing out calendars in Resident's room monthly
1 on 1 and leading group activities daily
Charting and participation book daily and weekly
Assisting with family visits and documenting visits
The Activity Assistant works under the supervision of the Activity Director
Requirements:
Working every other weekend
Working some holidays
Must be able to follow instructions and work independently
