Acuity Scheduling And Website Manager For Performing Arts School

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Acuity Scheduling and Website Manager to oversee the scheduling, website management, and administrative operations for our Performing Arts School. This role is vital in ensuring seamless appointment booking, maintaining an engaging online presence, and supporting the administrative team with various clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, experience with scheduling systems, and a background in office management within an educational or arts environment.

Duties

  • Manage and optimize the use of Acuity Scheduling to coordinate class schedules, appointments, and special events efficiently. Update the offerings with prices and class descriptions 2 times per year according to our Fall Semester and Winter/Spring Semester.
  • Maintain and update the school’s website to ensure accurate information, engaging content, and user-friendly navigation when needed.
  • Support the registration process by handling inquiries via phone, email, or online forms with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Oversee administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document review related to student enrollments and class schedules.
  • Ensure the website’s functionality by troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with web developers when necessary.
  • Assist in managing social media platforms to promote school programs, events, and performances.
  • Support overall office management duties such as maintaining records, managing phone, email communication regarding scheduling and booking, cancelations, reschedules.
  • Proven experience with Acuity Scheduling.
  • Prior experience managing websites using platforms like Squarespace.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience with office management tasks
