Admin And Finance Officer/ Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and general ledger

Monitor accounts payables, receivables, and monthly cash position

Handle payroll computation, government compliance, and remittances

Coordinate with outsourced accountants for tax filings and financial reports

Assist in sales commission computation and broker incentive tracking

Generate monthly management reports, including P&L and cash flow

Prepare financial forecasts and support annual budgeting

Recommend financial controls, cost-saving strategies, and profit monitoring

Liaise with auditors, BIR, and banks as needed

Administration:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and supplies management
  • Supervise and support admin staff (HR, utility, support roles)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
  • Coordinate internal schedules, meetings, and employee needs
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new hires as needed
  • Manage basic HR documentation and records

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field

At least 3 years of experience in a finance/admin role (real estate experience a plus)

Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and business judgment

Able to work independently, with integrity and initiative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
