Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Education (Dance Academy)
- Position Title: Admin Assistant/Admin Officer
- Working Location: East Coast/Toa Payoh
- Working Hours: 5 days (9.00 am-6.00 pm/2.00 pm-9.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service, including answering questions.
- Handle admin tasks like course sign-ups, tracking attendance, and maintaining student records.
- Take care of accounting tasks such as billing, daily sales tracking, and issuing refunds.
- Organize documents and maintain files in order.
- Manage daily office needs and track inventory to ensure supplies are always available.
- Help organize and run company events.
- Carry out other ad-hoc tasks.

- Minimum GCE O level/NITEC
- Minimum 1 year of experience in admin role
