Administrative Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Executive to support the daily operations of House of Watches SG Pte Ltd. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable handling multiple tasks, and enjoys supporting both clients (backend operations) and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client chats and enquiries professionally
  • Post and update listings accurately across our platforms
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Coordinate schedules and assist with basic documentation
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and office supplies are well maintained
  • Support basic HR tasks, including staff rostering
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties as required

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of admin or similar experience
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and good with time management
  • Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Responsible, proactive, and adaptable

Working Days

  • 5 days / 5.5 days work week (to be discussed during interview)
