Your new Opportunity:
We are seeking a proactive and confident Team Assistant to support our Corporate Finance team. This role is part-time, three days per week, and perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, varied environment.
What you day might look like:
Provide high level administration support to the Partner and broader team, including drafting, reviewing and finalising client correspondence, engagement letters, tenders etc
Conducting relevant conflict checks and setting up new clients in our system, ensuring up to date and accurate information
Managing the monthly billing process, including preparation, finalising and sending to client in a timely manner
Overseeing Partner’s diary and coordinating internal and external meetings for the team – including team training sessions
Undertaking basic research tasks for the team, including ASIC searches, through to market intel using Google, Copilot, and ChatGPT etc
Creating standout PowerPoint presentations, including tenders, that really showcase the team’s expertise and our business as a whole
Assist the Partner and broader team with ad hoc tasks and special projects

- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience, or an interest in learning, Canva highly regarded
- Previous experience in a Corporate Finance or professional services environment would be advantageous.
