Administrative Assistant - Psychology Practice

Gateway Home Psychology Service is a bulk billed telehealth mental health service. We are seeking a well organised and enthusiastic administration assistant who is interested in working in the field of mental health.

The role includes -
* Answering calls from new and existing patients as well as Case Workers, GP's and other stakeholders in a timely manner.
* Booking and managing patient appointments
* Liaising with therapists regarding their availability, booking and rescheduling appointments when needed
* Processing Medicare payments
* Drafting letters and reports
* Maintaining client files

Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience in a similar admin role highly regarded
* Good communicator with a clear phone voice
* Student psychologist, provisional psychologist or similar field of study or experience would be highly regarded
* Fast learner able to work independently and efficiently
* High energy, charismatic and empathetic

We are are seeking either a full time employee Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or part time Wednesday, Thursday amd Friday, shifts may alternate between 8am to 4pm or or 9:30am to 5:30pm. Applicant must be available at least Wednesday to Friday at our South Brisbane office which is a short walk from Southbank​. Part/full time hourly rate is $24.87 + Superannuation.
