We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing excellent customer support..
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize computer software for administrative tasks, including QuickBooks for financial management.
- Maintain an organized office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
- Collaborate with team members to support various administrative functions.
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in computer applications and software relevant to administrative functions.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
