Rewarding Administration Role – Part Time
Our Monash Haematology Unit have a Part Time opportunity available. The Administrative Assistant position supports the daily activities, future development and growth of the Monash Haematology Unit. This is achieved through the coordination of all aspects of administration, including but not limited to meeting management and coordination and support across all facets of the unit operations. A glance of what this role is responsible for:
Support the Monash Haematology Unit, through all aspects of administration across the department
Support and coordination of meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes as required
Oversee and manage the Monash Haematology Inbox
Ensuring support and coordination of training and performance enhancement across the unit
About You
You will bring to Monash Health your flare for innovative thinking. You will manage your workload well through your own initiative and ability to work in a fast paced environment. With your previous administration experience, this will come naturally to you.
In addition you will also possess:
Advanced computer literacy and communication skills
Proven experience in administration
Having previously worked in a health setting is advantageous
