About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Village team at Ernest Henry Mining VIllage. This is a FIFO position on a 8 days on / 6 days off roster, ideal for someone who thrives in the mining/hospitality and has a solid administrative background. Cloncurry, Mt Isa, Cairns & Townsville Locals Only

Key Responsibilities

Provide efficient day-to-day administrative support to the Village Management team
Utilise RMS accommodation software to manage bookings and site logistics
Maintain accurate records and data entry across various internal systems
Support rostering, timesheets, and reporting functions
Liaise with internal departments and contractors to ensure smooth operations

About You

Previous administration experience, ideally in a FIFO or village environment
Computer Savvy with strong computer literacy and attention to detail
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
Strong communication and organisational skills

Roster & Working Conditions

8/6 FIFO roster
Accommodation and meals provided on site
Based in the resource sector, supporting site operations in a dynamic and remote setting

Skills and Experiences:
The Ideal Applicant Will Have:

• Experience working as a Hotel Reservations or Accommodation Manager 12 months +
• Experienced Admin,RMS accomodation software,resource sector (Advantageous)
• A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
• A motivated, enthusiastic and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
• Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
• Drivers License (Auto or Man)
• Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
