We specialise in water network maintenance and reticulation renewal construction. We service almost a quarter of properties nationwide; and we maintain over 20,000kms of pipe network. - Planning and scheduling work orders to meet contract requirements while maximising productivity and minimising downtime.
- Maintaining accurate job data, documentation, and financial records to support timely invoicing and monthly claims.
- Coordinating rounds planning and assist with process improvements to ensure efficient delivery of services.
- Providing general administrative support including payroll input, procurement, reporting, and record management.
- Working closely with field teams and managers to resolve scheduling challenges and keep operations running smoothly.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience and/or relevant qualifications (NCEA Level 3 or equivalent NZ Certificate).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using digital tools and business systems.
- Strong reporting skills with the ability to prepare clear and accurate reports.
- Highly accurate and reliable, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a focus on anticipating needs and providing support before issues arise.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and accurate documents.
