Aftersales Marketing Assistant (Isuzu Mandaue)

About the role

This position is primary responsible in ensuring stable flow of incoming service units for PMS, General Repair and Body Repair.

Responsibilities

Telemarketing

• Performs marketing of services mainly thru telemarketing to all corporate and individual customers to ensure steady supply of incoming URs.

Reports

• Prepares appropriate reports of telemarketing results for but not limited to PMS reminder and Show-up rate for Service by Appointment
• Maintains daily appointment monitoring for PMS, GR, BR and onsite.
• Monitors Customer Journey

Regularly check the I-texts during the day and disseminate messages to concerned personnel

Fleet Account Appointment

• Takes calls and sends emails on corporate accounts on scheduling of onsite services, and confirmation of all requirements and repairs.
• Obtain list of Corporate Accounts sold by Vehicle Sales on a regular basis.

Qualification

1. Graduate of any business course

2. 0-3 years of experience in automotive service business

3. With ability to interact with customers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
