Aged Care Advisor

Introduction:

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a committed Aged Care Advisor who will provide support and guidance to our sites (new & existing), ensuring compliance to the Aged Care Accreditation Standards, whilst providing audits and ongoing advice to ensure we meet the needs of our clients now and into the future.

This role requires travel around the country as you drive excellence within our Aged Care Sector.

Description:
Responsibilities:
Undertake menu compliance reviews, offering advice for improvements
Support internal departments with regard to food safety and compliance
Audit residents diet sheets and interpret satisfaction surveys
Undertake simulated external audits
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Review and assess documentation on site
Undertake coaching of operations & site teams to ensure adherence to best practice methodology
Support new site mobilisations

Skills and Experiences:
Your Background:
A full and comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission
A strong operational background within the Aged Care Sector
Commercial cookery qualifications desired
Working knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Legislation
Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
Comprehensive report writing skills
Ability to engage with all levels of management & staff
Previous experience delivering training or an advisory role
Exceptional communication ability and outstanding relationship management skills
