Providing an effective response to all emergencies and incidents that occur at the airport is the ultimate responsibility of the role of Airport Fire fighter. But there is much to it than that!
This is a role where no two days will be the same. It involves:
This is shift work with that provides a good work/life balance, where you will work a morning or afternoon 4 days on, and two days off on a continuous rotation. Full training will be provided, and you have the chance to gain meaningful qualifications with progression opportunities.

Note: To be considered for the job you will be required to undertake medical examinations, security and background checks.

- Conducting regular airport and airfield inspections
- Driving and operating airport vehicles and equipment
- Wildlife management
- Close liaison with other Airport staff
- Undertaking maintenance of the airport facilities
- Assisting in the delivery of a quality customer experience Escorting visitors and contractors
- Good attention to detail
- Team player
- Initiative and good problem-solving skills
- Practical and hands on
- Basic Computer literacy
- A quick learner and ability to adapt
- Did we mention calm and physically fit?
