Job Summary

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving breakfast items while providing friendly and efficient service to hotel guests. This role ensures the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items (e.g., eggs, sausages, waffles, pastries)
• Set up, maintain, and replenish breakfast buffet and beverage stations
• Serve guests promptly and courteously
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and proper presentation
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and service areas
• Monitor inventory and report low supplies
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred
• Basic cooking and food preparation skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude

• Previous experience in event planning or hospitality preferred, Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, Strong communication and customer service skills, Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings & Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software
