Here in France, you’ll help evolve and grow our business ie Corporate coverage of French clients (CAC40 & SBF120 corporates). Are you motivated and curious? What you will do:

You will be part of the broad HSBC Corporate and Investment Banking platform and will support coverage relationship managers in the origination and execution of a variety of transactions including loans, acquisition financing, trade finance, treasury services, FX and derivatives in France and abroad. You will have the opportunity to work in partnership with experienced professionals both in France as well as within the HSBC global network.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Pitch books/marketing materials preparation
  • Financial statements review, credit analysis and sustainable transition policy review
  • Industry analysis
  • Support in transaction documents’ negotiations
  • Supervision of client due diligence, KYC and compliance.
Conditions

You should apply if you have:

  • Strong academic background
  • Fluency as well as strong business and commercial knowledge of French and English languages
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude, eager to take on responsibilities and able to work well in an international high-performance team.
  • Experience with modelling and financial analysis.
  • Strong writing and research skills
  • Stress resilient and able to shift quickly between different responsibilities.
  • MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
