About the role
As our Partner Marketing Specialist, you’ll be working in lockstep with the ANZ Partner Marketing Manager, you will be a crucial part of the engine room, responsible for helping to bring our partner strategy to life through world-class events, community engagement, and seamless marketing execution. Your key focus areas will be:

4. Partner Engagement & Relationship Building - Foster a vibrant, connected partner community through meaningful interactions and ongoing engagement. Be the friendly, organised face of EH that partners trust, remember, and want to work with long-term.
Responsibilities

- Lead event logistics: Act as the primary coordinator for ANZ partner events, including large-scale sponsored events, industry roundtables and intimate, bespoke engagements. You’ll handle the ‘heavy lifting’, from logistics and booth setup to lead capture and post-event coordination.
- Drive partner loyalty: Create surprise and delight moments and meaningful interactions through our events and community activities to build a deep sense of belonging within the partner network.
- Co-marketing coordination: Work in lockstep with partners to help them execute co-branded campaigns, providing them with the assets, tracking links, and collateral they need to succeed.
- Community engagement: Help maintain and grow our digital partner community platform, ensuring it remains an active, up-to-date resource hub that fosters collaboration.
- Enablement support: Provide the Partner Sales team with the ready-to-go tools they need, such as marketing kits and localised case studies, to support partner onboarding and growth.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with the wider ANZ and Global Marketing teams (Events, CRM, Design) to ensure partner assets are produced to a high standard and aligned with global brand guidelines.
- Reporting and tracking: Monitor the performance of events and tactical campaigns.
Who you are
- The face of the brand: You are a positive, outgoing communicator who enjoys being partner-facing and represents Employment Hero with professional energy at events.

- Detail-oriented: You have exceptional organisational skills and can manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball.
- Remote-ready: Comfortable working autonomously in a ‘remote first’ environment.
