Key Responsibilities:

As our Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play an essential role in our financial operations. Your attention to detail will shine as you:

Manage vendor accounts with precision and efficiency.

Process and maintain new and existing subcontractor accounts.

Accurately post customer invoices and handle vendor and installer invoices using QuickBooks.

Ensure timely approvals on invoices while verifying their accuracy.

Code and process invoices daily, utilizing your investigative skills to resolve discrepancies.

Conduct thorough reviews of weekly payables and complete weekly payments through various methods, including checks, ACH, and online banking.

Keep vendor files meticulously organized and current.

Provide valuable backup support to our Payroll Specialist and Accounts Receivable team.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable (required)

3+ years of experience using QuickBooks (required)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus!

A degree in Accounting is preferred, but not required

Ability to commute onsite to our office in Mississauga, ON

Compensation and Benefits:

Our competitive compensation package includes:

- Annual salary of $64,000 - $67,000

Schedule and Work Environment:

This is an onsite position at our Mississauga office with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, allowing you to enjoy a solid work-life balance.
