Apartment Leasing Agent

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our residential apartment communities, responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and maintaining high occupancy rates. Your expertise in sales and customer service will ensure residents enjoy a smooth transition into their new homes while supporting the overall operational excellence of our communities. Duties

• Drive Leasing Sales: Conduct engaging tours of apartment suites, common areas, and grounds for prospective residents.
• Manage Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and walk-in leasing inquiries.
• Process Applications: Complete lease agreements, background checks, and move-in paperwork in an efficient and professional manner.
• Resident Relations: Foster positive relationships with current residents to encourage lease renewals and ensure a welcoming community environment.
• Coordinate with Team: Communicate with the maintenance team and management to coordinate suite availability, make-readies, and other priorities.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, update availability logs, and manage resident files regularly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with team members and residents alike.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with computers, including basic office technology and property management software.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
