Apartment Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist in all aspects of maintenance for the apartment community.

Adheres to company policies and procedures.

Troubleshooting and repair of all mechanical systems, service requests, and reporting potential liability concerns or safety hazards.

Assist with planning and execution of all preventative maintenance programs such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire and life-safety systems.

Assist maintenance team to complete apartment make ready process.

Ensure the knowledge of, and enforcement of, company safety policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
