Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a hard-working Maintenance Technician to help take care of apartment buildings, townhomes, or houawa. You will do regular maintenance, fix things when they break, and help keep the buildings safe and working well. You should be good with your hands, able to solve problems, and enjoy helping people.

What You’ll Do

• Do regular maintenance in apartment units and shared areas (like hallways or laundry rooms)
• Fix problems with things like plumbing, lights, heating/air, and appliances
• Talk with property managers and residents in a polite and professional way
• Use a phone or tablet to keep notes about what you worked on and what parts you used
• Keep your tools and work areas clean and safe

What We’re Looking For

• Experience doing maintenance or repairs
• Can speak and understand English well enough to communicate clearly
• Comfortable using a phone, tablet, or computer to check jobs and enter notes
• Good at solving problems and fixing equipment
• Technical sales experience is nice but not needed
