Apartment Manager

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Availability: On-call & some weekends (after-hours emergencies)
Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Work Location: In Person

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re a locally operated property management company looking for a reliable Apartment Manager for a large residential complex in Spokane Valley.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment.

JOB DUTIES
─────────────────────────────

• Show and lease apartments to prospective tenants
• Collect rent and make bank deposits
• Handle resident communications and resolve complaints
• Issue notices and complete light admin/bookkeeping tasks

QUALIFICATIONS
─────────────────────────────

• Experience in property management or leasing
• Strong customer service & communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• Familiarity with AppFolio is a plus
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required
• Must pass a background check
