Application Lead Manager

Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Cloud Data Flow Platform to develop and implement robust applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the project.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Utilize expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Cloud Data Flow Platform to develop and implement robust applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Cloud Data Flow Platform.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications.
• Proficiency in Java programming language.
• Experience with RESTful API development.
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Spring Boot.
• This position is based in Manila.
