Appointment Setter (Remote)

About Us

Ecosource is a U.S.–based commercial cleaning company. We are expanding our outbound sales team and are seeking motivated and experienced Cold Calling Appointment Setters to help us schedule qualified appointments with business owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential business clients
• Follow call scripts and maintain a professional tone
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments with decision-makers
• Accurately log call activity and notes in our CRM
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet weekly targets

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telesales, or outbound call center environment (required)
• Fluent English — strong verbal communication skills
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Ability to follow scripts, processes, and maintain organization
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Experience in appointment setting for service-based businesses (a plus)

Compensation

• $4–$5 USD per hour, depending on experience
• Commissions no cap.

Schedule

• Must be available during U.S. business hours (EST)
• Full-time role.
