We provide planning drawings, BCMS compliance documentation, and technical design services to ensure high-quality, regulation-compliant buildings for our clients.
We are looking for a skilled Architectural Technologist with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong technical knowledge and a passion for architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of Planning & Construction Drawings for residential and light commercial projects.
Production of BCMS Compliance Documentation, including technical detailing and regulatory submissions.
Liaising with Clients, Contractors, and Local Authorities to ensure smooth project progression.
Site Surveys & Inspections, assisting with reports and compliance assessments.
Coordinating with Engineers & Other Consultants to integrate structural and M&E requirements.
Staying Updated on Irish Building Regulations & Planning Legislation to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in an architectural or surveying practice.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (experience with Revit, SketchUp, or other BIM software is a plus).
Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and Planning Permission processes.
Excellent detailing and technical drawing skills.
Experience preparing BCMS documentation and managing compliance submissions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
Experience in residential projects is preferred.

Pay: €32,356.10-€60,619.17 per year
