Area Sales Manager For North Mindanao

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for managing and driving sales growth within a specific geographic area or region and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ASM will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, analyze sales performance, and collaborate with other departments to align with the company’s overall business goals.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements, to promote sale of products, and to provide sales support.
• Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine systems requirements
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective clients
• Secure bidding schedules, attend bid conferences and ensure timely submission of bid proposals
• Sell a diverse and technical product range to existing and potential clients
• Resolve customer complaints or problems

Education, Licenses and Certificates

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any related field.

Relevant Experience

• At least three (3) years’ work experience as Salesman or similar role
• Fresh graduates can also be considered for the role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
