Our assembly team plays a critical role in ensuring our devices are built accurately, tested properly, and shipped on time.

Role Overview

As an Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and preparing tracking devices and related components for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow written instructions, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule

  • Training/Onboarding: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Post-Training: Schedule may vary based on business needs

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic components and tracking devices according to work instructions
  • Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and accurately
  • Inspect products for quality, defects, and functionality
  • Perform basic testing and verification of assembled units
  • Prepare products for packaging and shipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Accurately document production and assembly activities
  • Follow company quality standards and safety procedures
  • Communicate issues related to quality, materials, or equipment to supervisors

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic mechanical or electronic assembly skills (training provided)
  • Dependability and consistent attendance
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience

  • Assembly or manufacturing experience: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Lake Worth, FL 33460 (Required)

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
