Assistant Account Executive

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

We’re looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join our team and grow as a hybrid communicator—AI-native, creatively driven, and strategically curious. This entry-level role is ideal for early-career talent passionate about storytelling, collaboration, and delivering meaningful client work with an eye toward the future.

What You’ll Do

• Use AI tools to support tasks such as content drafting, media monitoring, and research, enhancing outputs with human nuance, context, and creativity.

• Support account operations by preparing reports, maintaining trackers, and coordinating logistics.

• Assist in developing content including press materials, client briefings, and social posts, ensuring message clarity and cultural relevance.

• Monitor media, policy, and cultural trends and share insights with internal teams.

• Collaborate with creative, digital, analytics, and other specialty teams to support integrated campaign delivery.

• Engage in structured training and on-the-job learning to build your skills in AI, communications, and client service.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, political science, or a related field

• Fluency in Dutch and English , both written and spoken

• Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies, and curiosity about their responsible and strategic use

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to assess tone, verify information, and contribute thoughtfully to team discussions

• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
