Assistant Account Executive
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

We’re looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join our team and grow as a hybrid communicator—AI-native, creatively driven, and strategically curious. This entry-level role is ideal for early-career talent passionate about storytelling, collaboration, and delivering meaningful client work with an eye toward the future.
What You’ll Do
Use AI tools to support tasks such as content drafting, media monitoring, and research, enhancing outputs with human nuance, context, and creativity.
Support account operations by preparing reports, maintaining trackers, and coordinating logistics.
Assist in developing content including press materials, client briefings, and social posts, ensuring message clarity and cultural relevance.
Monitor media, policy, and cultural trends and share insights with internal teams.
Collaborate with creative, digital, analytics, and other specialty teams to support integrated campaign delivery.
Engage in structured training and on-the-job learning to build your skills in AI, communications, and client service.
What We’re Looking For
A bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, political science, or a related field
Fluency in Dutch and English , both written and spoken
Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies, and curiosity about their responsible and strategic use
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess tone, verify information, and contribute thoughtfully to team discussions
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
