Duties

• Assist in managing daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Supervise and train staff, providing guidance on best practices for customer service and sales techniques.
• Oversee inventory control processes, including stock management and replenishment.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement effective shift management strategies.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity of tasks and objectives.
• Learn how to run each department in the bakery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both employees and customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within a retail environment.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and retail math principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
