Our Flagship Sydney Boutique team are looking for their next super star to support our successful boutique team as Assistant Boutique Manager. Supporting our Boutique Manager this is an important leadership role supporting our busy and heavily booked appointment-only boutique!

About the Role -


This role will ultimately support the Boutique Manager with providing exceptional customer service, delivering strong individual and motivating team sales performance whilst ensuring showroom operations are met to the highest standard. The Assistant Boutique Manager will hold all management responsibilities in their manager's absence.


Working a Full Time set roster including weekend work across both Saturday & Sunday (being our busiest and best days!) is required.


  • Sales and KPI Achievement: Consistently meet individual and support in motivating team sales targets and KPI benchmarks, leading by example in providing exceptional bride experiences.
  • Leadership and Team Support: Assume managerial responsibilities during absences, coach and train stylists, onboard new team members, and support the Manager in operational tasks, including leave requests and rostering.
  • Operational Excellence: Support in overseeing boutique operations such as inventory management, sample care, dry cleaning expenses, CRM audits, and visual merchandising while ensuring security processes and improving efficiencies.
  • Strategic Contributions: Support the Manager in preparing for product launches, facilitate training sessions, provide feedback to management, attend industry events, and manage local networking opportunities.
  • Administrative Duties: Support in the management of boutique bookings, cancellations, email accounts, and reporting analysis, ensuring timely and professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required Experience and Skills -


  • 2+ years recent and relevant experience within your role or similar role in a relatable industry
  • Experience in leading a team and providing training and instructional guidance
  • Previous experience in sales with a strong focus on customer service
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving excellent sales results and KPIs
  • Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve objectives
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and oral
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers from the initial consultation to closing the sale, and head office team
  • The ability to learn quickly and retain information regarding new and existing styles
  • Hard working and dynamic personality with strong multi-tasking skills
  • The ability to lift & move showroom stock when required as well as stand for most of shift to facilitate bridal appointments
  • Highest standard of attention to detail
  • Able to work weekends and have the flexibility to take on extra shifts as needed

  • Intermediate level of Administration and IT skills specifically related to the use of a tablet, emails via Outlook and data entry
