About the Role: As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will provide day-to-day and strategic leadership to our Queenstown Rental Operation. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and a dedicated team to ensure our vans are of exceptional quality, safe, and compliant, delivering unforgettable experiences to our customers. Your role will focus on operational effectiveness, cost management, and revenue maximisation to drive long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of up to 5 direct reports, ensuring high performance and motivation.
- Oversee budget management, including labour, product, and equipment costs.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Champion quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive operational efficiency and optimise vehicle preparation processes.
- Maintain compliance with all legal and company standards.
- Support the development and training of team members.
