City Tire & Auto (Mount Pearl Commercial Fleet Repair Centre) is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join its customer focused and safety-oriented team.

Work Expectation -Supervise and manage staff: Assign tasks, track progress, provide training, and resolve issues -Provide customer service for commercial vehicle repairs and maintenance. -Review work orders and discuss work with management and/or customer. -Review work orders and direct the needed work with automotive technicians. -Ensure quality and efficiency: Monitor the quality of work, ensure all tasks are completed on time, and maintain an organized and efficient workflow -Maintain safety and order: Enforce safety procedures, manage hazardous conditions, and ensure a clean and hazard-free facility. -Manage resources: Oversee inventory, order supplies, and manage tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order. -Communication: Act as a liaison between staff, management, and other departments or customers. -Permanent position: 40 Hours a week, 8:00AM to 5:00PM – Monday through Friday

The Ideal Candidate
· A skilled manager with two or more years experience who works well within a team environment.
· Experience in a commercial vehicle or fleet repair environment would be beneficial.
· Must be able and willing to take assignments as directed from management team.

Compensation
· Competitive compensation: $56,000 - $61,948 per year depending on qualifications.
· 5 Paid Sick-Days, 10 Paid Vacation-Days (starting), 6 Paid Statutory Holidays, and 6 Other Paid Holidays.
