Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Butchery Assistant to support meat preparation for a Western/American diner. This role is critical for maintaining food quality and consistency during pre-opening operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion meat according to kitchen requirements
• Assist in proper storage and handling of meat products
• Maintain cleanliness of butchery and prep areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Support the kitchen team during peak operations

Qualifications

• With solid kitchen or butchery experience
• Knowledge of meat cutting and preparation
• Familiar with Western/American cuisine
• Detail-oriented and physically fit
• Reliable and able to work under pressure
