Assistant Director

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant Director to join our organization and help drive excellence across our educational programs and administrative functions. Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to advance organizational goals and improve educational offerings
  • Support management of departmental budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and financial sustainability
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to coordinate academic programs, curriculum development, and teaching initiatives
  • Provide leadership in managing day-to-day operations, including staff supervision and administrative oversight
  • Contribute to university engagement efforts by fostering relationships with external partners and community stakeholders
  • Oversee compliance with accreditation standards, policies, and regulations related to education administration
  • Lead special projects aimed at enhancing student experience, faculty development, or institutional growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in management within an educational or university setting
  • Strong background in strategic planning and budgeting processes
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Knowledge of education administration practices, accreditation standards, and university policies
  • Experience in teaching or curriculum development is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and engage diverse stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in education administration or related field preferred
