Assistant Finance Manager – Franchise Accounting (Cpa Required)

Step into a hands-on finance leadership role managing franchise accounting and reporting for a fast-growing retail and multi-unit franchise network. Lead revenue recognition, royalty collection, compliance, and internal controls while partnering with franchisees and operations to drive financial excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee franchise accounting, royalties, contributions, and marketing funds
  • Ensure accurate financial submissions and reconcile intercompany transactions
  • Manage BIR compliance, VAT, withholding taxes, and audits
  • Strengthen internal controls and support cross-functional teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • CPA required with 5–7 years’ accounting experience
  • Background in franchise, retail, or multi-unit operations
  • Strong knowledge of PFRS, statutory compliance, and internal controls
  • Leadership experience or willingness to mentor finance teams
