协助总经理进行以下酒店管理工作：
- 提供日常领导与指导，通过以下方式实现目标：最大化财务收益、推动员工发展、创造并保持独特的宾客体验、执行品牌标准，并提升酒店及品牌在当地社区的知名度。
- 制定年度资本计划、现金流计划以及销售与市场计划，以精准预测预算并实现所需的运营结果。
- 分析财务数据以推动收入增长、提升未来盈利能力并实现最大投资回报。利用分销渠道和技术平台推动收入并最大化市场份额。
- 主导资本计划和资产管理项目，包括与业主合作以保持或提升酒店在市场中的领先地位。
- 制定、实施并监控员工继任计划，以确保未来的团队储备力量。
- 为团队成员设立绩效和发展目标。
知识与技能要求：
学历要求：具有酒店管理、工商管理或同等专业的学士学位或更高学历。
经验要求：具备五到十年的酒店管理经验，或等同的教育与经验结合。
语言要求：中文和英文能够作为工作语言。
职位类型：全职
薪资： $100,000.00至$120,000.00（每年 ）
