Experience and Skills
- At least 3 years as a Restaurant Supervisor or Manager, Hospitality Supervisor, Manager or similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent command of the English language
- Detail-oriented with a passion for guest satisfaction.
- Proven customer service experience at this level
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems in real time.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Summary
- You will be the driving force behind daily operations, team motivation, and guest satisfaction. You’ll lead by example, inspire your staff, and ensure that every shift runs smoothly and efficiently.
- You will work closely with the management team and Head Chef to ensure smooth service, support staff development, and maintain the highest levels of hospitality and professionalism. Your leadership will directly influence the guest experience and contribute to our continued success
- You’ll also take an active role in hosting and greeting guests, setting the tone for warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they arrive.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service flow during shifts.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with our brand standards.
- Monitor and maintain dining room cleanliness, table settings, and ambiance to reflect the quality of an award-winning venue.
- Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee staff scheduling, break management, and shift handovers in coordination with the management team.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members, maintaining a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams on shift to ensure coordinated service and timely delivery.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
