Assistant General Manager

We are hiring a manager for the newly renovated Creamery Pub & Food Barn. The creamery is steeped in history and a hot spot for locals and tourists with the castle situated across the road.Candidate should have 3 years management experience in Hospitality

• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
• Agreeing and managing budgets
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
• Promoting and marketing the business
• Overseeing stock levels
• Ordering supplies
• Producing staff rosters
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints
• Taking reservations
• Greeting and advising customers
• Problem solving
• Assessing and improving profitability
• Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €38,500.00-€45,000.00 per year
