Assistant General Manager (Agm)

RollHouse North Olmsted is searching for a motivated individual looking to join a dynamic staff and be a part of the best bowling and entertainment company in Ohio.

Operations include scratch kitchen and great food, bustling bar atmosphere, Holiday pop-up bar, craft cocktails, specialty liquors, cosmic bowling, league bowling, state of the art game room, laser tag, karaoke, escape rooms, and more!

With 7 locations and growing, we offer many opportunities for growth including regional management and senior management. We promote heavily from within and look for those with an eye for hospitality and operations. Fast paced, fun, and lively environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing levels
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff according to interview process
• Trains, develops, coaches, and evaluates employee performance
• Goes above and beyond to make our guests happy and create memorable experiences
• Learn all aspects of operations and administration to assist General Manager with daily execution
• Monitors costs and adherence to budget goals
• Execute management decisions on a day-to-day basis
• Manage "VIBE" and create fun and inviting atmosphere for guests

Requirements

• Must be available nights and weekends
• 2+ years in hospitality or restaurant management position
• Attend weekly management meetings and BEO meetings
• Committed to making people happy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
